i found a very nice shopping center with a supermarket conveniently close. the metro and tram stops were also easily accessible from the hotel. i was offered a welcome drink, alongside complimentary lemonade and pastries, a lovely touch. the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and helpfulness .
The area immediately surrounding the hotel was not particularly appealing. taxis are readily available and inexpensive.

The area around the hotel wasn't the most appealing. The surrounding streets seemed a bit unkempt, a slight contrast to the hotel's upkeep.

the location was great. it was a bit further out from the places i visited, but it is a short walk from the metro and bus stops so getting around was easy. i also liked that when i checked in i was handed some recommendations of things to do, a nice touch. kids loved the chocolate fountain at breakfast!!!
